Large, (2,500 square feet) bright and sunny house with golfcourse views. Built in October ‘04, the house has 3 bedrooms, den, large living room, dining room, an open kitchen with all modern appliances, and covered patio overlooking the golf course. We have 3 TVs, stereo and video equipment, computers, bikes, and tennis equipment you could use. Our car is a 2003 Honda Accord seating five, and we have a garage. Everything is air-conditioned.
We're located in a quiet, safe, relaxed gated community in Clermont, 20 miles west of Orlando, and a half-hour drive from the major theme parks including Disney World and Universal Studios. Just four miles from the Florida turnpike, the state’s tourist attractions are easily accessible. We’re about an hour from the beaches on both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts and from the Space Center at Cape Canaveral. We are on a golf course and near restaurants and stores. Our community has 8 lighted Har-tru clay tennis courts, a pool, hot tub and gym, which you can use if accompanied by one of our friends.
