We live in suburbia some 12 minutes from the beach at the start of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula -- over 150 wineries-golf-fishing-National & State Parks and safe & surf beaches. We are very proud of our house and it is kept very clean. We have all the latest modern appliances - air con for the summer months, Plasma T.V. broadband for the computer, large spa in our large on-suite, modern kitchen etc. The outdoor BBQ and entertaining area is surrounded by a small beautiful garden. Large shopping centre and cinemas are 4 min away by car; Large supermarket and shops 4 min walk away. The heart of the city (Melbourne) is 1 hour away by train or use our car to drive to the city. Visit the Fairy Penguins one hour away and we are 1/2 hour to the Dandenong Rangers. We are in our 50's semi-retired and looking for similar people to exchange with. Hoping to be in England ( Midlands / South ) for early or late 2009, Florida and Vancouver sometime in 2009........
